Eric Neuffer is a seasoned leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, with thirty years of experience driving commercial teams toward innovative solutions for bringing new medicines to market. As a Business Segment Head for the Drug Substance product line at Evonik, he leads dynamic teams dedicated to delivering value-driven results for clients. Before joining Evonik, Eric played pivotal roles at Sai Life Sciences and Cambrex Corp., where he successfully rebuilt business development teams and spearheaded strategic marketing efforts. A strong advocate for sustainability, he champions waste reduction, renewable energy adoption, and green chemistry principles to enhance pharmaceutical manufacturing's environmental responsibility.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Eric is deeply committed to community service and enrichment. He has been a board member of the New Jersey School of Woodwork since its inception, supporting craftsmanship and hands-on education in the community. His passion for service also extends to New Jersey Freemasonry, where he leads charitable initiatives focused on uplifting communities in the Northwest region of the state.
