Scott Severns is an award-winning furniture maker, cabinet maker, and woodworker with decades of experience transforming raw materials into stunning, functional art. A true design-build expert, Scott possesses an innate understanding of wood, joinery, and finishing techniques, allowing him to bring even the most ambitious visions to life. Scott's passion for woodworking extends beyond his personal practice. In 2015, he won the prestigious Veneer Tech Challenge, a testament to his mastery of the craft. Driven by a desire to share his knowledge, Scott founded the NJ School of Woodwork in 2020. Since its inception, the school has flourished, expanding to include three additional instructors and welcoming over 600 students into the world of woodworking.
